I have been working/reading science over 2 years now. I cannot imagine the fact that I should submit my so called 'thesis' in another year. The fact puts me thinking if I have enough knowledge in my subject to earn a 'PhD'!!
All along I had been thinking that when it's time to call an end to my doctoral research, I'd be somewhere near to fill my cup to the brim.....I'd know everything what people around me would be doing. I would then know I am ready to step and compete with the global scientific community. As of now, I really doubt if that would be the situation. There is so much out there and this short term is not enough to know all.
It is hard to believe that a 'PhD' does not mean a master of even a single trade!!

Eureka moments
Any research scholar, passionate about research, enters graduate school with the ambition of 'achieving' something great(which is more often "The Nobel") and expecting a eureka moment to happen. But these eureka moments aren't miracles that just happen. It demands your heart, mind and soul at work to land up with a crazy idea that will lead to one.
Here's my space where I will trace my trail towards finding mine. This space will have discussions on solved and unsolved mysteries, unanswered and answered questions, science books, people in science, science comics and lots more.
